  1. WebMiner Registration and Licensing

  3. Thank you for choosing to register WebMiner. Registration is easy and convenient; registered owners receive free upgrades to future WebMiner 1.x releases and free technical support.

  5. WebMiner is licensed on a per computer or per site basis. 
  6.  
  7. Please purchase one license for each computer on which you use WebMiner. If you require more than 25 licenses for WebMiner, the Site License will save you money. Multiple site licenses may be purchased to cover larger organizations.

  9. Individual Computer License : US $ 39.00
  10. Site License (all computers within a 100 mile / 160 km radius): US $ 999.00

Note:  We are currently preparing licensing terms for individuals or corporations who wish to bundle WebMiner with their scripts and applications, and distribute them to an unlimited number of users. Our licensing terms will allow bundling in commercial, shareware, and freeware products. Please contact licensing@brooklinesw.com for more details.

  16. If you have a credit card and a World Wide Web browser, you can register online! Choose "Register on the Web" from the "Other" menu in WebMiner, or

  24. Follow the simple instructions on the web form and your registration code will be sent to you via email (typically takes between 1-3 days). Then, skip to "step 5" in the instructions below.

  29. 1. Open the Register application provided with WebMiner. An "Electronic form" will appear:

  56. 2. Fill out your name, email address, postal address, and preferred method of payment. All kinds of payment methods are accepted: credit cards, checks, traveller's checks, and cash in your local currency.

  58. 3. Select how many WebMiner licenses you require.

  60. 4. Mail, fax, or email the completed registration form with payment to Kagi Shareware, our order processing service.

  62. If you email  your registration, processing time is typically 1-3 days.
  63. If you fax  your registration, processing time is typically 4-8 days.
  64. If you mail  your registration, processing time is typically 4-8 days plus the time for postal delivery.

  76. Important note: If you do not include an email address, please include your postal mail address and include US $1.00 extra to cover postcard mailing costs. This will insure you receive your registration codes in a timely manner.

  78. 5. You will receive your registration code by email or postal mail.

  80. 6. Once you receive your registration code, open WebMiner and select the "Other" menu. Choose "Enter Registration Code" and the following dialog box appears. Enter your name, company name, and registration code. If you enter an incorrect registration code, WebMiner will beep and refuse to accept the code.
